How can I place an order with you?

Ordering with us is very easy. Simply browse through our shop and add items that you want to your cart. Next create your account and then pay by EMT. Once payment has been received, your order will then be sent to a licensed courier for delivery. Please have a valid ID for proof of identity and legal age. You can also place an order via phone 672-999-5154.

What are your hours of operation?

Our deliveries start everyday at 9 am. Cutoff for same day service is 6 pm. All orders placed and paid for before 6 pm are eligible for same day delivery. Orders typically arrive in 2 to 4 hours from the time your order was processed.

There are 3 cutoff times daily for same day orders:

12 pm – all orders processed before 12 pm will be delivered by 4 pm depending on your region.
3 pm – all orders processed before 3 pm will be delivered by 7 pm depending on your region.
6 pm – all orders processed before 6 pm will be delivered by 10 pm depending on your region.

All orders placed after 6 pm can expect their orders to be delivered between 9-12 pm on the next day unless we have been instructed otherwise.

Can I request to have my order safe dropped at my doorstep or with concierge of my building if I’m not home when the courier arrives?

Yes, but please note that we assume no responsibility for lost orders due to:

  • Wrong address provided by customer
  • Customer change of address
  • Theft after delivery
  • Package being rejected upon delivery


What are your payment options?

We currently accept payments by Email Money Transfer (EMT) and Crypto (BTC, ETH, ADA, SOL)

What happens after payment has been sent?

Your EMT or Crypto payment will be processed right away as soon as we receive it. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and your order will then be prepared and given to a courier for delivery. 

Do you take cash?

We do not accept cash for any orders.

What is your refund policy?

All orders are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us with a photo or video that demonstrates the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order so that our team can rectify the situation. 

Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points.


What are the delivery fees?

Orders over $100 will be delivered for FREE

For order under $100:

Vancouver, Burnaby: $10

Richmond, New Westminster, Tri-Cites: $15

Surrey, Langley, Delta: $20

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time typically ranges from 1 to 4 hours depending on your region in the Lower Mainland. The courier will contact you via phone 30 minutes prior to arriving to confirm the delivery time.

Do I have to provide an ID for the delivery?

Yes, please provide the courier with a photo ID ready that matches the name or shipping address on the order. This process is to ensure that the right person is receiving the order.

Who will be delivering my order?

A 3rd party courier company will be contracted to deliver your order. Please note that they will not know the contents of your package. Please refrain from asking questions about your order. Instead, feel free to ask questions via live chat, phone number, or email.

What are points and how does it work?

For each $1 you spend with us, you get 1 point. For every 25 points that you accumulate, you will earn a $1 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us. You can redeem your points on the cart or checkout page.
